Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change an appointment please give us as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours. Please be aware that if two appointments are cancelled without 24 hours notice or failed (without good reason), within a 12 month period no further appointments shall be offered at the practice.

A fee of £20 for every 15 minutes shall be charged for private appointments if they have not been cancelled with 24 hour notice or failed without good reason.
